2. Estimates Are Indicative

All online estimates are rough, lump-sum, and indicative calculations. They are not final quotations, contractor agreements, engineering approvals, or site-certified bills of quantity. Actual cost may change after physical site visit, exact measurements, labour rates, material availability, location, design changes, wastage, transport, taxes, and site conditions.

3. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for entering correct measurements, project details, and contact information. Wrong or incomplete input may produce inaccurate results. Users should verify all calculations with a qualified professional before purchasing materials or starting work.

4. Site Visit and Final Estimate

A final and more accurate estimate can be prepared only after site visit, physical verification, drawings, specification review, and discussion of scope. Online calculator results should be treated as planning guidance only.

5. Payments

Paid reports, consultation bookings, or digital services may be processed through Razorpay or other supported payment methods. Payment confirmation depends on successful gateway verification.

6. No Guarantee of Contractor Pricing

Contractor quotes, labour charges, and material prices vary by time, place, quality, supplier, and negotiation. Thekedar Saheb does not guarantee that any contractor will accept the calculator amount as the final project price.

7. Limitation of Liability

HDWARE Premium Solutions and Thekedar Saheb are not liable for losses, disputes, construction defects, cost overruns, or decisions made solely on the basis of online estimates. Users should take professional advice for structural, legal, safety, and financial decisions.
