No Refund Policy
All payments made for digital estimation reports, calculator outputs, downloadable reports, or online planning services are non-refundable. Once a report is generated, delivered, displayed, or made available for download, the service is considered completed.
Rough and Lump Sum Estimation
The online estimation is based on rough data, user-provided measurements, selected material options, standard assumptions, and approximate market rates. It is a lump sum calculation intended only for planning, budgeting, and comparison purposes.
Actual Estimate Requires Site Visit
An actual and more accurate estimate can be prepared only after a proper site visit, physical measurement, drawing review, scope discussion, and verification of site conditions. Online calculator values may differ from the final site estimate.
Why Refunds Are Not Provided
Digital reports are generated instantly using the information submitted by the user. Since the report becomes accessible immediately and contains digital calculation output, we do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with approximate values, changed project scope, wrong input, duplicate planning, or comparison with contractor quotes.
Technical Issue Exception
If payment is deducted but the report is not generated due to a verified technical issue, please contact us with payment proof. We may regenerate the report, restore access, or provide support. This does not mean a cash refund is guaranteed.
