What this site does

This site estimates what interior work costs. It is operated by HDWARE PREMIUM SOLUTIONS, of which Thekedar Saheb is a brand.

An estimate is not a quotation

Every figure here is an indicative range, produced from rates we hold for your district and from the quantities your entries imply. It is not an offer, a quotation or a contract.

The real cost moves with site conditions, design decisions, material availability and the choices you make while the work runs. Where we have assumed something, the estimate says so.

Rates carry a date. An estimate reflects the rate card that was live when it was produced.

What is excluded

Civil and structural work, land, statutory approvals, and site-specific items such as demolition, waterproofing of existing structures or poor-access handling are outside every estimate on this site unless we have said otherwise in writing.

Doing the work

Where we or a partner carry out the work, that is a separate written agreement with its own scope, price, programme and payment terms. Nothing on this site creates one.

Paid items

Where a document or feature is paid for, the price is shown before you pay and the item is delivered immediately. A failed delivery is refunded.

Your use of the site

Use it for your own project or your own business. Do not scrape it, resell its output as your own rate data, or submit anything that is not yours to submit.

Liability

We take care over these rates and we stand behind them, but an estimate is a planning tool. Decisions you take on it are yours, and our liability is limited to what you paid us for the item concerned.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Patna, Bihar have jurisdiction.
